5 moments from the BET Hip Hop Awards that Atlanta should be proud of

Last night was a big night for hip-hop and there’s a lot ATL should be celebrating. With Fat Joe hosting this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards, there were tons of music moguls and trailblazers in the building. The performances and presenters all made for an entertaining show but in true Access Atlanta fashion, we’ve got to bring it back to the home front and mention the moments from the show Atlanta should be proud of!

That’s right – just a few days ago, all the celebrities you saw at the show hit the red carpet right outside of the Cobb Energy Centre, before heading in for the show.

The Atlanta native hit the stage to perform “The Realest” alongside EST Gee. EST Gee kicked the performance off, while Jeezy made his way to the stage after starting his verse from a seat in the crowd.
