Grammy award-winning artist Lil Baby is finding the perfect way to give back to his community.

The Atlanta native is joining forces with business owner Lemont Bradley to hire 100 people under 21 years of age throughout Atlanta. Bradley owns several different businesses in the area including Auto Spa Bistro (a car wash and eatery celebrities are known to frequent), Eco Car Spa and Clutch Restaurant. Lil Baby and Bradley have been friends for years, and this was the perfect opportunity to make an impact together in the metro Atlanta area.

“We are looking to give out 100 jobs to teenagers and young adults in the metro Atlanta area,” said Lil Baby and Bradley. “With the crime rate surrounding scams, robbery, and even murder being so high, we are looking to provide a positive outlet and revenue stream to those looking for an income.”

Bradley’s restaurant, Clutch, opened earlier this month. The restaurant is looking to hire waiters, bartenders, dishwashers, bar backs and promoters. On the car wash side, Bradley is looking to hire car tinters, car washers and several other positions. In addition to the roles they are seeking to fill at the existing businesses, Lil Baby and Bradley also said they have plans to open a lawn care business later this year in the fall.

“We are so excited about this initiative,” says Lil Baby and Bradley. “Of course, we are looking forward to helping boost the city’s economy, but we are really focused on lowering the city’s crime rate.”

It’s fantastic to see Lil Baby giving back to his hometown of Atlanta! If you’re looking for more information on the open positions, check out their contact information below.
