Quavo shares key advice John Travolta gave him for ‘Cash Out’ film role
Quavo may be new to the acting world, but he is getting some veteran advice from one of his new co-stars.
CHECK OUT: Migos add fuel to breakup rumors, pull out of Governors Ball and replaced by Lil Wayne
There may be a lot of conversation around Quavo and Migos relationship these days, but Quavo seems to have more important things to worry about, including his new movie role. If you haven’t heard, Quavo is filming a new movie, “Cash Out.” He seems to be getting along well with his costars and even getting advice from long time actor, John Travolta. TMZ caught up with Quavo and asked about his new role. “I really don’t even be talking and letting folks know what I have going on, but this is a special, special, special movie with my boy Randall Emmett, John Travolta … Christian David, my boy Noel from ‘Training Day’,” Quavo said. When asked about any advice or wisdom John Travolta might have given him on set, Quavo said Travolta told him to “be comfortable, be myself and just have fun, don’t think about it too much, put yourself in the situation.”
This is just the latest project from Quavo outside of his rap group, Migos. You may recall breakup rumors started swirling in April when Quavo and Takeoff performed at Revolve Festival without Offset. Also, not long ago, Quavo and Takeoff announced that they were releasing new music, under a new name, Unc and Phew and dropped their first official single and video “Hotel Lobby.” Most recently, “Cash Out” seemed to be the reason the group pulled out of performing at The Governors Ball in New York. According to TMZ, “A label representative said that Migos is unable to perform at the music festival due to a scheduling conflict because Quavo is filming a movie.”
We are still waiting for the official release date for “Cash Out” but the cast has been sure to give us some behind the scene sneak peeks with Instagram pictures.
