While many are still questioning the fate of the Migos, Offset might be taking his talents down a new road with his wife.

Two of the biggest superstars in the music game might be teaming up on what will make for an explosive collaboration. Cardi B has been doing several interviews lately, as she is on a media run promoting her new single, “Hot Sh*t” featuring Kanye West and Lil Durk. In a recent interview with Angie Martinez, Cardi let quite a few things be known.
“After I do this album, I do want to do a mixtape with my husband ‘cause I love how he raps,” Cardi said. “I’m a fan. I’m really, really a fan.” The hip-hop couple has collaborated in the past on songs like “Clout,” Migos’ “Motorsport” and “Lick,” so a joint project makes complete sense.
Cardi also went on to say that she also wants to do a Spanish album but she’s actually more nervous about compared to her other projects. “I feel like that’s more pressure to me than anything, because it’s, like, that Latin world,” Cardi said. They want it, but I feel like it’s not as easy as people think,” she said. “‘Cause it’s like, ‘Oh, you speak Spanish, you can just do a Spanish song.’ No. ‘Cause they’re a little bit different. That’s, like, a different world right there. But I wanna try it.” Cardi has already taken a few steps in that direction, as she’s already collaborated with popular Latin artists like Bad Bunny, Anuel and Ozuna.
Before we get into any other projects, a lot of fans have been asking about Cardi’s new album – the “Bodak Yellow” rapper hasn’t released an album since her Grammy award-winning debut “Invasion of Privacy,” in 2018. When asked if fans will be getting an album this year, although she hopes so, Cardi said there is still work to be done. “This is the thing about the album, right? I just feel like I’m still missing certain things to it,” Cardi said. “I feel like I’m missing my little pop record. I feel like I’m missing my ‘I Like Its’ and then it’s like I do have my little ‘Be Careful’s’ on it but is it there yet?”
