Local bands score coveted Shaky Knees Music Festival gig

It’s all everyone has been talking about for the past few weeks: Shaky Knees Music Festival is almost here! Access Atlanta caught up with two local bands taking the stage for the first time.

Futurebirds and Trash Panda will be giving fans a show to remember during the music festival’s 10 year anniversary at Central Park.

“We’ve always wanted to perform at Shaky Knees so we’re very excited about this,” King told Access Atlanta. “We’ve known about the festival since the start of it … a couple of us are from Atlanta, and it’s the coolest thing going as far as festivals in town.”

You can catch Futurebirds performing Saturday, May 6 on the “Piedmont” Stage from 4:30–5:30 p.m.
