It’s been a month since Justin Bieber announced his diagnosis, and Usher is sharing an update on his condition.

You may remember, that last month, Bieber announced he was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt syndrome. The condition occurs when a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of your ears. In addition to the painful shingles rash, Ramsay Hunt syndrome can cause facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear. Bieber’s condition had progressed to the point that he was forced to postpone the U.S. leg of his “Justice World Tour.” “Hey everyone. Justin here. I wanted to update you guys on what’s been going on. Obviously, as you can probably see from my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome, and it is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis,” Bieber said as he took to social media.

Hailey went on to assure fans that her husband was improving. “He’s going to be totally fine,” she said. ”This is just a really out-of-nowhere, weird situation.”
