Enjoy art, music and more at the Chastain Park Fall Arts Festival this weekend
The arts are the heart of Atlanta.
That’s why the Chastain Park Arts Festival, presented by the Atlanta Foundation For Public Spaces, is unlike any other in the City of Atlanta. This FREE two-day outdoor event — held twice a year in spring and fall — celebrates art in all forms, from visual arts to crafty fun!

Held this Saturday, Nov. 5, and Sunday, Nov. 6, at Chastain Park in Buckhead, this award-winning arts festival provides ideal weekend activities for the entire family. Enjoy a wealth of fine painters, photographers, sculptors, leather crafters, and more. There will also be a children’s area with top-notch food vendors selling delicious treats and drinks. Keep in mind no alcohol may be brought into the festival, but you can bring your dog! Per the festival’s website, “just be sure to keep your dog on a leash and pick up their ‘calling cards’ please!”
Attendees can explore more than 150 artists’ work, listen to live music from local bands and meet the people behind their favorite pieces at this one-of-a-kind event. And the fall counterpart is the perfect time to get some unique holiday shopping done.
The festival will also benefit local artists, with proceeds going to the Georgia Foundation for Public Spaces’ scholarship fund for local creatives.
“We have phenomenal artists who come up to this event, both local and regional, and some have been with us since inception,” Randall Fox, who serves as the director for the arts festival, said to SaportaReport. “Atlanta is obviously one of the most vibrant art scenes in the Southeast, and we’ve been a vital part of [helping] it grow and be sustainable for local artists.”
