Let the good times roll! Atlantic Station has a fun-filled September events lineup that’s completely free. From kicking off football season to finding your new furry best friend, there is something for everyone in the family at Atlantic Station this month.

Dirty Birds Rally

The Dirty Birds Rally will kick off the Falcons’ football season with special guests, musical performances and giveaways.

The event, hosted by Ryan Cameron and DJ Shockley, will feature a Gucci Mane performance and appearances by current Falcons players, coaches, cheerleaders and mascot Freddie Falcon. The party takes place on the Green at Atlantic Station.

Best Friends Animal Society Pop-Up Pet Adoption

Come by Atlantic Green on Saturday, Sept. 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to find your next best friend!

Best Friends Animal Society will be there with many adorable pups looking for their “furever” homes and families. The non-profit animal sanctuary and rescue organization works collaboratively with Atlanta-area shelters, animal welfare organizations and other individuals to save the lives of pets in shelters across the region and the country.

Tot Spot

Hey, Tot Spot fans! This month’s theme is Science Day, complete with snacks and hands-on, interactive learning activities lined up for you and your little ones to explore. Tot Spot is free to attend and designed for children ages five and under, but all are welcome.

Wellness Wednesdays

Maker’s Market

Shop local, support the makers of the South and celebrate Atlanta’s unstoppable creativity at Makers Market. Find a variety of hand-crafted products from jewelry and home decor. There will be tasty treats, talented artists and fun for everyone.

Maker’s Market will be held every Saturday and Sunday this month, along with one Friday on Sept. 16.

Tiny Doors ATL Open Studio

Meet Karen Anderson Singer, the artist behind Tiny Doors ATL, one of Atlanta’s cutest projects, when the artist-in-residence opens her studio for a behind-the-scenes look at how her public art is created.
